How to Cancel your Subscription

- In the left-side menu, navigate to My Account.
- Choose Subscriptions.
- Proceed to the subscription plan that is currently active, and click the menu icon under Actions.
- Select Cancel.
- A dialog box will appear, reminding you about the impact on your data and credits.
- If you wish to keep your subscription, click Never Mind.
- Otherwise, click Cancel Anyway.
- Toggle the reasons for canceling your subscription.
- Additionally, provide feedback in the text box.
- Then, click Cancel My Subscription to confirm.
- Another dialog box will indicate the date your subscription will end.
