How to Cancel your Subscription

1. In the left-side menu, navigate to Subscriptions.
2. Choose Subscriptions.
3. Select the specific subscription plan that is currently active and click the menu icon under Actions.
4. Select Cancel.
5. A pop-up window will appear, reminding you about the impact on your access and data.
6. If you wish to keep your subscription, click Never Mind.
7. Otherwise, click Cancel Anyway.
8. Toggle the reasons for canceling your subscription.
9. Additionally, provide feedback in the text box.
10. Then, click Cancel My Subscription to confirm.
11. Another pop-up window will indicate the date your subscription will end.
